1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning, janitorial service, facility and property maintenance, maid service, porter service, post-construction cleaning, pressure washing, floor and grout care, trash-bin cleaning, vacation-home cleaning, and related services. Availability and scope vary by property and are confirmed before work begins.
2. Estimates, Access, and Client Responsibilities
Estimates are based on the information available when prepared and may change if the property condition or requested work differs materially. Clients must provide safe and timely access, disclose known hazards and sensitive surfaces, secure valuables and pets, and provide accurate service information.
3. Scheduling and Payment
Scheduling, pricing, deposits, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any service-specific conditions are stated in the applicable estimate or agreement. Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee availability or a particular price.
4. Results and Limitations
We perform services with reasonable care, but some stains, wear, damage, mold, corrosion, or permanently altered surfaces may not be removable. Service-specific limitations and any available remedy are governed by the applicable agreement and law.
